Kelli Potter
Owner / Operator
Kelli began her career in the insurance industry after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. She started with Norwest Insurance, which later became Wells Fargo.
On December 1, 2005, Kelli purchased the agency from Wells Fargo, marking the beginning of her journey as a local business owner. She expanded the agency in 2007 by opening a satellite office in Kennebec to better serve customers in Lyman County, and in 2011 relocated the Chamberlain office to its current location on Beebe Avenue.
Kelli finds true fulfillment in helping customers navigate the often complex world of insurance and takes pride in providing personalized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Beth Herman
Office Manager
Beth moved to the Chamberlain area in 1991 with her husband after graduating from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. Over the past three decades, she has built deep roots in the community while raising her five children here.
Beth takes great pride in serving her neighbors and helping customers find the right insurance products to fit their needs at the best possible value. Her long-standing commitment to the area and passion for helping others make her a trusted resource for families and businesses alike.

Savanah Hopkins
Customer Service Representative
Originally from Rapid City, Savanah has proudly called Chamberlain home for the past 11 years. Deeply connected to the community, she brings both familiarity and fresh perspective to her role. Savanah is excited to welcome familiar and new faces alike and is committed to creating a positive experience while building strong, lasting relationships.

Cheryl Hines
Aflac Benefits Advisor
Cheryl joined the KPI team in June 2021, bringing a unique blend of clinical and business expertise. She holds a Master of Business Administration and has years of experience as a registered nurse (RN), giving her a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare system from multiple perspectives.
Her background allows KPI to better serve customers, particularly when navigating the complexities of medical and health-related coverage. Cheryl values KPI’s strong commitment to customer service and finds the greatest fulfillment in building personal connections that help clients confidently meet their insurance needs.
